The Twig conditional blocks that were removed in b77eeba62e seem to have been adding whitespace between the img tag and the class attribute. When they were removed, Twig jammed them together into an <imgclass> element.

When they were removed, Twig jammed them together into an `<imgclass>` element.
I ended up simply reverting the culpable commit. After talking with discomrade, I'm aiming to at least try align the codebase with upstream vichan.
Point is, there isn't much of a reason to remove the flags feature.
