A moderator would be able to add a regex expression to automatically filter out posts.
To be defined:
- How wide shoudl the filter apply?
- UI
It needs to be handled:
- How to handle incorrect regex expressions? How to report the error to the moderator without causing a crash or error.

According to pasquale/pask, the one to raise the proposal, the filters should apply "globally", ie site-wide
