User configuration via options menu to choose their own invidious instance. (i.e. PROXY and ONION default values are stored in localStorage if not defined, otherwise it loads them, and an [Options] setting allows a custom value to be saved).
This becomes necessary when an instance has downtime or if a user trusts another instance more.
