Basically the mod UI should highlight the first post (the first contribution) that any IP has made in a thread

I think a good measure for anti-spam is a flag added to posts which are from fresh IPs. we have a post ID feature which might be hijacked to do this on the back-end - this would do a lot to counter spam that relies on IP hopping.

Fresh as in "made their first post in that thread thru that IP address"
